Personal training options

We offer flexible and tailored personal training options designed to fit your lifestyle and needs. Whether you're struggling with motivation or looking for a more effective workout routine, we're here to help you achieve lasting results.

Classes on Thursdays are £8 a session. 

Classes on Wednesdays are £5 a session

Personal training classes are £15 per hour. If you refer a friend you also get a session free. 

If you block book six sessions of personal training you get a reduction so will be £80 

I also offer one to one training all over the place I can drive so can come to you. Get in touch with me for more details.
